PCA applies for affiliation

Mr. Peter Rebello, the Secretary of
the newly founded Panjim Chess Academy,
has formally applied for affiliation to the
Goa State Chess Association. Their
proposal will be taken up for consideration
at the next Executive Body meeting of
the Association to be held on the 10th of
August.

PCA has expressed its intent to conduct various
tournaments in Panjim as well as coaching classes
for upcoming players. They have also tied up with
sponsors for their annual budget, it is reliably
understood.
